A store credit will be granted for items returned within 3 calendar days upon delivery (ONLY if a mistake is made on our end) as long as the items are unworn and our tag is still attached to the items. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your returned shipment. You will then receive an email concerning your returned item and a store credit. Please note that the returning of an item shipping costs is the sole responsibility of the customer and shipping fees are not refunded as we do not offer refunds. Only a store credit will be issued contingent upon the above requirements.

If we receive a returned item that has been worn and/or does not have our tag still attached you will not be eligible for a store credit of the returned item.

Also please note items in our "accessories" and "sale" catalogs are Final Sale and are not eligible for a store credit nor a refund.
